Hi! I'm Jude Freeman and I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Sport and Exercise Nutrition Coach in Nottingham.

I’m a Kettlebell Sport athlete and enjoy competing at both National and International level. If you’re not familiar with it, it can be thought of as ‘endurance weightlifting’ as the kettlebells are lifted for times ranging from 10 mins to an hour non-stop!

A two time Kettlebell Sport World Champion, achieved in both 2017 and 2023 with several silver and bronze medals in-between,  I’ve also been awarded the rank of Master of Sport twice and Candidate for Master of Sport four times. I’m proud to say that I’ve represented England internationally since 2017 and that I coach other athletes from all over the country to international level. With many other English and British medals under my belt, this level of achievement can only be gained through consistency with my training and nutrition.

Whether your goal is fat loss/weight loss, to build muscle or train for an event, I can help you achieve it. Following a detailed consultation, I will devise a tailored programme to support you and gather metrics to track your progress over an agreed time. Personal Training or Coaching means just that, and you can expect to receive 1-2-1 attention from me while we work together. I have packages available for Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching or a combination of the two.

In addition to Personal Training, I run Small Group fitness classes in my gym, Kettlebell & Circuits classes and an outdoor bootcamp.
